I sold my house after E-On had been supplying my energy for 8 or 9 years. When I moved I supplied final meter readings and details of the new owners. E-On refused to remove my name from the account without a letter from a solicitor! I asked for signed notification of this T&C and they refused. They called me 3 times a week demanding payment, sent court summons and made me pay for somebody else's energy for an entire year!!!DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS BOGUS UNETHICAL COMPANY. They will invent T&C's and completely disregard common sense and standard practice. You will have no idea of this malicious practice until it's too late (because they will not tell you) - so keep away!0
