I have investigated your complaint with NCP and can advise as follows.

NCP received your appeal on 4 September 2019 via the website. A response to your appeal was sent on the same date rejecting your appeal. However, having reviewed your appeal it appears payment was made on the day but for the incorrect vehicle registration. In view of this, the operator has confirmed they will cancel the parking charge notice as a gesture of goodwill.

As the appropriate action has been taken, I have closed the investigation.

    Kind regards

It is not a gesture of goodwill, they know that they are like to lose a court claim.

As a gesture of goodwill send them an invoice for your time. When they ignore it send them a Letter Before Action.
