Boiler stove nightmare

I've never seen a boiler where the flow pipe is at the bottom - have a look at your installation and commissioning manual and you should see that the two top outlets are for the flow and the bottom are for the return,
this is the closest I can find for your stove and you can see from the diagrams how the pipework should be configured http://www.ecosystoves.co.uk/30kw-boiler-stove-manual-plus-diagram.pdf.
Hopefully you've got similar diagrams in your manual. Unfortunately it doesn't really say much about the wet side, just some basic diagramsNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
Yeah, the flow is at the top and the return is at the bottom.
Started balancing the raidiators and while they still need tweaking it's makeing a difference. We've been hit with high winds again which are not only affecting the stove but also the open fire this time.
Our manual has no diagrams and little instruction on how to use it apart from use bottom vent for coal and top vent for wood which is useless. We have the bottom vent open for peat and logs which it seems to prefer.
With everyone's advice we at least have the stove running far better than it did. Thank you.0 -
