Sky broadband and phone

Fibre is all much of a muchness unless you're on Virgin as its all the same provider (BT wholesale)

If you have problems with Sky though their tech support is very minimal to reading-from-a-script as are most third party providers.

Can I ask who you changed to?

I’ve had no problems with Sky and have been with them (for BB/phone) for about 10+ years. That might be partly due to having a TV package with them as well, although this will be coming to an end soon so I’m not sure what will happen after that. But the service has been fine, just the odd outage at about 1am, which is apparently normal as they check the lines etc at that sort of time. Never really had any reason to call them so I’ve no idea about their customer service, but I’m pretty sure there are many worse than Sky.
