Hi.
It’s quite a new scheme so maybe not but just wondering if anyone has applied for this yet? It is straight forward enough? Is it quite quick?
Thanks

I'm interested in using this scheme but my OH isn't so much.
Can I ask if you plan on paying back the government share in advance or when you come to sell?

I’ve had recent experience of this scheme. Very straightforward and was approved in 5 working days. I applied for the full £25,000 with a new build property. My full experience of first time buying was very easy and painless if truth be told. I’m now about to conclude missives within a week of reserving my plot! Mortgage with Halifax was approved in 3 working days from application and FHF 5 days, instructed my solicitor and missives will be signed within the next week.1
