  • I had meter installed by Solarplicity a while ago.  It was never installed properly and the contract signed wasn't done properly either as they sacked the.  Cutting a long story short I got transferred to TOTO having a bill of over £1800 transfer then to EDF.  I have managed to defer paying but with a bill that is incorrect I really don't know what to do with incorrect meter readings too, where Solarplicity miraculously came up with a bill when going bust.  
    EDF have been very understanding but believe that I do not own £1800 as the bills are just estimates.  Having moved from the property I'm not sure what the next steps are to get this sorted.  Any help?
