Vodafone final bill error

In Dec 2019 I received an email from vodafone saying I could cancel my home broadband early without penalty due to a price increase, so I switched to a new supplier.

A few days ago I received my final bill which included a £3.33 refund and a "One-off charge to my bill" of £35.38 which specified "Details in your charge summary SBL ...."

I couldn't find this charge summary I contacted Vodafone through their online chat they informed me the charge was an early cancellation fee.

When the agent finally nullified the charge I was told that would take my bill to zero, instead of -£3.33. The agent only corrected the bill when I explained I should still be due the refund.

I know the refund is only a small amount but it was the second attempt to wrongly take money from me in the same bill.

If anyone else opted to leave Vodafone Home Broadband early please check your final bill.
