BT Fibre Broadband - Existing Customer Offers

Morning all - potentially this may help when negotiating a renewal on your BT Fibre Broadband contract...
On proceeding to renew my BT Fibre Broadband contract online this morning, I selected the offer I was planning to go for, only to get a screen saying that as an existing customer I could not get that deal. The screen then listed over 1,000 different deals which I could select from. I can only assume that this is a complete list of EVERY existing customer offer available in relation to Fibre Broadband. I copied the page out into an Excel spreadsheet which I have uploaded online. The forum won't allow me to post links so you'll need to put https:// in front of the below...

I haven't had too much time to interrogate every deal listed, but it's fairly staggering the range. There's even one deal for 74Mb fibre that appears to be free for the entire contract length!

I've had time to go through the entire listing now - so have summarised below what I think are the best deals:
50Mbps - £19.99 per month
50Mbps with Complete Wi-Fi - £28.99 per month
74Mbps - £23.99 per month
74Mbps with Halo 1 - Potentially £0.00?!
74Mbps with Halo 2 - £34.99
74Mbps with Halo 2 and Complete Wi-Fi - £39.49
Below deals only available to FTTP customers I believe:
150Mbps with Halo 1 and Complete Wi-Fi - £34.99
150Mbps with Halo 2 - £26.49
150Mbps with Halo 2 and Complete Wi-Fi - £37.99
300Mbps with Halo 1 - £34.99
300Mbps with Halo 2 and Complete Wi-Fi - £38.490 -
Interesting, no guarantee that they'll actually honour any of them if it's a glitch in the system as seems likely. Have you tried any yourself?0

I submitted an order for the top package (300Mbps with Halo 2 and Complete Wi-Fi). Order went through and new hub should be getting delivered tomorrow.
Worth giving the steps I did online a try to see if the list appears (which would allow you to order online) - however wouldn't surprise me if it was a bug which caused me to get that full listing.
1. Head to: bt.com/broadband/deals/
2. Click 'Check Availability' and enter postcode.
3. Confirm address from the list provided
4. Click 'Add and continue' on one of the deals
5. Continue through the process until you click 'Checkout'
6. It shows a page asking you if you have a landline with BT and to enter your phone number, postcode and confirm you're the account holder
7. Click 'Continue'
8. This then appears to do a 'Customer Identification' check. It's after this that I got the list of offers.0 -
I got a message that the offer I wanted was not available and it offered only one which was about £2 pm more than I am paying.0

Thought that might be the case when other users followed that approach. I know there have been historic issues with how my account was set up (I ended up getting a new account number, etc), so can only assume this bug is as a result of that. It means I'm being shown every price which is currently available across all users.
For example, for Superfast Fibre 1 with Complete Wi-Fi, it gives me the following options:- £56.49 per month
- £37.99 per month
- £34.99 per month
- £45.99 per month
- £38.99 per month
- £56.49 per month
Why would you agree to pay £56.49 if they're clearly offering other customers £34.99 per month. And in fact, when other customers are able to get the absolute top Fibre package for £38.49...0
