Glad the week went well, Round :T

    Thank you Fayolle :D xx

Round 1 completed + I've recycled the hillock of cardboard and plastic that was hiding the draining board; tore up and recycled two boxes and picked up and binned three pieces of litter from the garden - every little helps :D

    Round 2 =
    soak bowl of pots
    rinse and recycle all plastics
    rinse and recycle 9 cans
    WUDUPA bowl of pots
    coffee

Have a good day - wrap up well,

I can't remember how long it is since I last logged in and said hello. Years....
I am really pleased to see lots of new faces and many old faces too .

My house was cleaned and tidied for me by friends and family before we had hoards of family staying for Christmas. I am recovering from a leg fracture and can now manage to do some things. I thought I'd rejoin you lovely people to give me encouragement in my flying attempts.

ETA I just had a look for Saturday's list. Do we get the day off on Saturdays?
I am going to clean the hob this morning as it is probably the dirtiest thing in the house.
Thank you Jazee. Almost forgot physio.

    Morning all

Welcome back Poohbear - it's been a while since we saw you.

Line full of washing wafting in the sunshine.

    Hello poohbear

No lists for Saturday or Sunday - which gives Weekend Willis like me a chance to catch up :D

Round 2 completed + first WM load now draped on radiator and airer, second WM load now swishing, and seven extra cans rinsed and recycled while I waited for the kettle to boil.

    Coffee now

All dailies done, last load of washing in machine, done a quick hoover through.

Had a lovely walk and play in the sunshine for an hour with the dogs.

Just having lunch. DH has just informed me he's got the next week as from today off work. Trying not to lose my cool.

Car washed - the Vallimobile is black, I drive along country lanes (lucky me) to get to work ... you get the picture. I've also cleared out the boot and installed my new boot organiser so that's looking much better. Lots of stuff added to recycling bin.

I'm peckish ... ought to think about lunch.

    Afternoon all

Late in today... but I’ve been busy

    Whole house hoovered and dusted
    Bathroom scrubbed
Downstairs loo scrubbed (only a few more weeks until there are three toilets in the house to be cleaned again... not sure if I’m looking forward to it or not!)
Dry laundry folded and put away
    Kitchen cleaned
Wash x1 done, and dried on the line!
    Food shop done

DH helped with everything, while I don’t always get through the lists in the week what I do manage definitely make life easier on the weekend, Must keep it up!

It’s forecast to be a cold and bright day tomorrow, we are planning on making a pack up and heading out somewhere for some fresh air and exercise.

Meanwhile this afternoon my book and the sofa is calling me, going to have a sit and chill out for a bit x

Hob cleaned, took the dogs for a short walk then spent the last three hours making a fabric bowl. Not something I'd planned but they were in a magazine. Really pleased with the result.

Going to design a cross stitch pattern next.

I would love to see your finished bowl sounds good, if you're interested in cross stitch & crafting maybe you'd like to join our little caf! on here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6085543/cross-stitch-and-craft-cafe-2020

Flying wise, dallies are getting done, still need to declutter and rehome items also planning on sprucing up the house a bit. It's been pretty neglected as neighbours from hell put us off doing anything, but they have gone now :j

Welcome to more newbies and returnees

Very little flying has been done here in the past two days - just a couple of loads of washing, 10 min ironing and S&S kitchen. DH has eaten all the wrong things while I've been away :( I have eaten too much of the wrong things because the place where we went for our residential has an excellent reputation for good food  so I must now knuckle down with DH to losing a stone PDQ.

Rosie is in kennels until tomorrow afternoon, so no dog walking until Monday. It feels strange.

(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round, as needed xx
