Storage, storage,. storage!
At the risk of sounding like a tech dummy(!) Can someone please advise how I ensure I have enough storage on my phone.
My family has a very important holiday coming up and I want to be in a position to take loads of videos and photos (and I mean loads!!)
I understand I can increase my iCloud storage for back ups but how do I ensure I have lots of storage to take the photos and videos and keep them on my phone until I return from holiday? Can I increase internal storage on an iPhone or am I supposed to upload photos and videos on a regular basis whilst away (which will prove difficult as I'm not.planning on taking a.laptop).

Uploading to iCloud of GB of photos might eat your mobile data and/or be too slow. Ditto hotel WiFi might struggle uploading large amounts of data.
Your best bet is to bring a laptop and offload the photos as needed to the laptop.0 -
As the guys have said the only other way is to upload to the cloud which would take a lot of time.
The only other way is you could use a Lightning to USB OTG Adapter and use a normal usb flash drive to upload your photos.

I don't think that this adaptor can be used for connecting a pendrive to iPhone. It's not that simple.amazon wrote:- Use this adapter to connect iPhone to a micro USB cable to sync and charge, or to a micro USB charger to charge
- Simply connect your iPhone to the Micro USB Adapter, then connect a micro USB cable or charger to the Micro USB Adapter.
For a pendrive, I think, you need a OTG (on the go) adaptor. There are some on the same webpage.0 -
Yeah you are right i should have put OTG which is the £10.99p one.
Well spotted.:TNobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.
