So then I called South Wales Western Power Distribution on 0845 601 5972 and they told me there is nothing on the databse that is wrong. They knew my supply number and address and meter number.You should have called 105 which is a free call.
The 0845 601 number costs up to 70p per minute.0 -
Just called 105 and got through to someone in Liverpool.

105 is a NATIONAL service enabling you (anywhere in the country) to a) report any loss of Electricity Supply and b) find your Network Operator.
