    There should not be a premium rate 0845 number in use for this. It should have swapped to an 03 or 080 number long ago.

    105 is a NATIONAL service enabling you (anywhere in the country) to a) report any loss of Electricity Supply and b) find your Network Operator.

    Note the word NATIONAL

    PS I will not help you to find your supplier eg Bulb or Edf
