    not using any form of email at all, except your own for the reply ? nobody mentioned appealing by email
    Hello its now been over 35 days and I still haven't recieved any response from them other then their initial we have got your appeal email

    then you need to complain to them that no notice was received
    Of course if they responded back day 2, any POPLA appeal code has long expired....
