So I'm asking is it normal days or working days? Because working days make huge difference.

Actual days , the MP,s made the law and only days were mentioned , no mention of working days at all , it's just days , no special circumstances apply , only you are skewing it by saying working days

15 days , actual days , nothing to do with working and nothing to do with normal either

    It's actual days

Of course it is not working days, or the law would say that, and it doesn't! We get asked this far too often.

The POFA says what it says, and it is linked in the NEWBIES thread.

    None of this matters.

Deemed date of delivery for a Friday PCN was TUESDAY 7th:
    The NTK was posted 03/01/2020
For Gawd's sake remove all your posts that talk about it arriving on xxxxxday xth.

Just READ THE POFA and use it. No saying who was driving or when it arrived!
