Pockit bank account

Hi, everyone here, i have some problems with pockit bank, would like to hear advice from you.
I openned this account nearly two years ago, did not use a lot, but i did use it. Last year, in APRIL, I did decoration in my house, so I bought quite many things through amazon, not sure why, there were about 20 of the items were duplicated, I contacted amazon, and amazon refunded me. Then, next morning when i tried to log into pockit app, it said my account was under review and should be no more than 24 hours.
It was not a 24 hours case, I waited one week someone contacted me by email, asked me why i got so many refunds, I explained to him by email; half month later they asked for id, i sent to them immediately; half month again, they emailed me said the photo needed to show four corners, I resent it immediately; about 20 days later, they asked for proof of address, I resent it immediately with of course four corners; about one month later, they asked for ID again, I resent it; one month later, they asked for address again, i resent; and then they asked me for proof of income, I replied that i worked for local shop and got cash on hand, i could not provide that; about two months later, they said they can accept my employer's letter, as proof of income, I asked why i need to provide this.
During the time, I tried to ring customer service two times, i had to wait for at least 40 minutes to get a real person answer the phone call, and will simply tell me to wait because they do not have the control of review team.
I raised the case to ombudsman, things started getting bit faster.
And today, I received email from pockit, told they will close my account and transfer my money back to my other bank account, and also stated that it consider the complaint is now be resolved.

I am not caring about the account, I am not happy at all, considering I had 2000 pound in my pockit bank that was for the purpose of summer holiday 2019, and i will get my money back (not sure yet, until i get it) after 9 months without good reason.

Is there any thing else i can do to let them know i am not happy and i will like to have compensation.

    If they feel that something was not right with the account. Given all that they have asked for and the fact you are paid cash in hand (not liked by banks as can be seen as tax evasion, which if they don't report can lead to a fine) or money laundering.
    You won't be getting any "Compensation" as this is a regulatory requirement ALL banks have to abide by if they feel something is wrong.
    If you went to FOS then I take it you have complained to Pockit and they had not resolved it in the 8 weeks?
    Even FOS will back them in cases like this.

    Sadly it takes as long as it takes.
