Are you seriously be littling someone who has stayed they suffer from a learning disability a long with mental health issues that effects day to day life including how there brain functions and how they communicate? I assume you failed to complain to PALS to get the pcn cancelled ?
presumably you also failed to appeal to Parking Eye or subsequently to POPLA ?
the above should have been done as soon as the NTK arrived
do what coupon mad said above, plus post the ISSUE DATE from that claim form below
Hey I didn’t complain to PALS as I didn’t know what it was I only appealed the fine with parking eye. I don’t know what POPLA is I didn’t know what it was but appetently its to late to appeal with them. I will get the issue date from the claim form when I get home
