...won't be long now before they're gone!
As I hinted at last month in the 'Breeze gone' thread (post #6), Ofgem have now issued Gnergy Ltd with a notice of failure after the supplier failed to comply with a final order over unpaid Renewables Obligation payments.
Ofgem issued Gnergy Ltd with a final order on 29 October 2019, requiring the supplier to make an outstanding payment of £673,876.62 plus interest by 31 October 2019 to comply with the Renewables Obligation schemes.
Gnergy Ltd was unable to give Ofgem any assurance it would meet its obligation. It failed to make any payments by the deadline and has not paid the outstanding amount since. Ofgem is now taking further enforcement action by starting the process that may result in the revocation of the supplier’s licence.

Ofgem have transferred Gnergy's customers to Symbio, who were the only bidder to be the SoLR...0

I am in the process of switching to them as well (after British Gas took over Breeze)! What am I supposed to do now?! If I switch AGAIN now will it just cancel the ongoing switch or should I wait?0

Gnergy replaced 2 directors last month with new ones who own several companies, most notably http://catchenergy.com/
The owner of Gnergy has previously said they need investment to keep going, plus I find it hard to believe that they would have added 2 new directors unless they had a plan up their sleeve.
Realistically they should go though, however due to the size of the customers they'll likely just go to another Big 6.
Adman, If switching to GNergy or Symbio I would advise otherwise to both. (based on the latest Symbio debacle). If you're still within the 14 days then you can cancel the switch and look around for someone else to switch to. Worth noting that a few companies are starting to drop prices atm. (Octopus, Gulf) with others hinting they will (Bulb)0 -
Ta I'll ring them imminently and get it all cancelled.0
