We use attractionticketsdirect, no problems at all.

Some other online retailers only issue vouchers that then have to be exchanged for tickets at the park, that's something to look out for when comparing sites.

Also, with Universal certainly, it's worth looking at the official site, the sometimes have offers open to UK purchasers that are not available to US residents.
