Buying Florida Park Tickets from Travel Agents in the UK (Pros & Cons)

Hi all
My Sisters family are going to Florida in summer and they have a quandary about buying tickets for the parks & attractions. They have been told many a different story by many a different person and are baffled now. I said I would ask a few friends (you lot)...It makes me sound popular... what their thoughts were.
Please would you guys look at the anecdotes below and let me have your thoughts. These were actual verbal statements made by people to the family members.
1. Don't buy your tickets when you are in Florida because they are cheaper in the UK.
TRUE? FALSE? THOUGHTS?
2. You can literally walk into the travel agents on the High Street and buy attraction tickets for cash over the counter.
TRUE? FALSE? THOUGHTS?
3. In total contrast to number 2 above somebody else said Don't buy your tickets from TUI in the High Street because you only receive them 4 weeks before travel and that means you have missed out on Disney Fast Passes.
TRUE? FALSE? THOUGHTS?
So, you can see why they are baffled. Now, one thing to take into account is that for Christmas the kids were given £1,000 Each in CASH by their grandparents and they want to use this CASH to buy the tickets so that would be a bonus. I know they could easily put the cash in the bank and pay via the bank but they are a really old fashioned family who are not really tech savvy (hence me writing this on their behalf) and they simply don't trust banks. Grandad loves to trot out the statements... "Bl**dy banks...Rip off merchants! Questioning me why I want to put my own money in or take money out of my own account"
and
"They said we were mad when we said the banks would go bust years ago and look what happened".
So, whilst Grandad's comments are a little tongue in cheek and not really relevant to the thread topic I think you get the idea that they would prefer to pay by cash and have the tickets in the hand.
I would be grateful if you guys would tell us the pro's and cons of:
Buying them here in UK
Buying them in Florida
Buying them online
Walking into the Travel Agent down the road and buying them.
Thanks in advance all.

There are some good uk-based online companies. We have used attractionticketsdirect with no problems. More recently we used ebookers who were offering 10% cashback via Quidco which was a big saving. The best deals are on the 14day multi park passes, but they are expensive!0

Thanks for that mate. Anybody else?0

Don’t buy them in Florida.
You can book fast pass 30 days in advance if staying off site so I would get the tickets before then to plan what parks on what day.
Buy from FloridaTix or Attractiontickets.com
Get cashback through one of the sites0 -
Never use cash to buy them. You get better value and protection using bank accounts. How many days are you going? You can book 7 or 14 days on the UK website, any other amounts you sometimes have to go onto the USA Disney site or third party sites.
We booked one day tickets online the day before we went. We could still book fast passes, but the really popular rides will be sold out by then though, so get them as soon as possible.0 -
We've used Florida tix in the past Every so often they run a "sale" 5% off from memoryPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0

I use Orlando attraction tickets.co.uk. they give you gay ready tickets plus 3 fast pass and free memory maker.1 the memory maker gives you your ride photographs and any official photographs taken in Park. I have found that price why they are comparable to the other sites but give you these little extras that make it worth booking with them0 -

We've used Undercover Tourist and Attraction Tickets before, both good. Don't buy in Florida. We only ever used the Fastpasses issued in the parks as we usually got there for opening but weren't really bothered if we didn't get them. Go expecting to have to queue and you'll be fine. Some rides we got on more than once without queueing, the newer ones we queued for an hour or more.0

When we went in 2015, the tickets available in Walmart were loads cheaper than online tickets. Don't know what the situation is now.
We visited in January though when they are few queues do not much worry in losing out on Fast pass benefits.
Arguably bring prepared to use single rider is normally the best queue busting strategy anyway.0
