Sorry, I request contract later correct?

you query it in your defence and they should produce it at the WS + Exhibits stage

the contract is not YOUR DATA so a SAR wont reveal it, a SAR is about YOUR data , not anybody elses (I dont think you understand what the SAR is about yet)

get on with your defence !! (all these side issues are distracting you)
  • Just printed SAR now. Will post 1st tomoz.

    Cheers peeps x
  • Have emailed BW Legal about requesting SAR also.

Have emailed BW Legal about requesting SAR also.
    Why ?
  • says so on newbies thread

As well as the SAR to the parking firm's Data Protection Officer (DPO), also write a letter - by email to Gladstones or BW Legal or directly to whoever the PPC is, if they are not using a solicitor. Your letter can state that you have sent their client a SAR and so you require a restriction of data processing and the case should be put 'on hold'. Confirm your correct 'address for service' (especially if you've moved and they've traced you & might revert back to an old address).

yes , for an LBC , not for a court claim
  • I've resent email as a message via pubs fb page. Has been seen. I asked if i should post publicly about our "issue". No reply. Yet.

I also added the bit Half_way suggested. At least I've got some evidence they've seen my request of PCN cancellation now.

    Thanks again.

If you have a claim your priority is to defend, as this will not go away.

We win 99% of cases and have seen that here consistently, since 2017.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Thanks for the words of reassurance. I will focus efforts on defence. No reply from pub still, was expected tbh.

I just don't understand why a business would treat their customers so poorly. it would take a 5 minute call to cancel ticket. Would the pub be getting a cut of PCN profits?
I asked manager and he claimed that they pay 600pcm to PPC to manage the car park, and they get to keep any money from machine. If PPC get to keep all of PCN cash they must be rolling in it.

you can wonder about all that and the meaning of life once your defence has been submitted, plus you have had many months to wonder about it too

once the defence is in and the DQ stage has been completed , it will be months before any court date !!

most of the regulars here have long since given up on the whys and wherefores, new sc@ms appear almost every day, including supermarkets , hospitals , visitor attractions , pubs , clubs , restaurants , retail parks , doctos surgeries , clinics , anywhere that a vehicle will fit on is now fair game for the sc@mmers , with some 7 million requests for keeper details per annum by private parking companies (so not including councils or police)

we know what you are saying, but now is not the time to dwell upon it, its distracting you from your defence draft and defence submission by the deadline date and time - tick tock , tempus fugit
