Just off the phone with Barclaycard. That’s my account closed. Feel like a bit of a fraud but my wife gave me the money to clear my remaining balance. We need to remortgage soon and she wanted to help clean up my finances a bit. Which will hopefully result in a better rate. So that’s £874.96/£874.96
Time to make a start on my Lloyd’s Credit Card! Just the £2465.41 on that 😬
Good luck on the rest of the challenge everyone.2 -
It's all change in here! Guess it will take a day or two to become accustomed...Yesterday (Thursday) I rushed home on a mission not to spend what was at the bottom of my bank account, signed into internet banking paid the £9.00 'left over' then rushed onto here to tell you all, as I felt good I did not spend it, alas the forums were closed... So am telling you now, I paid £9.00!!Today (Friday) usual pay day.... I've transferred over £80.00 a big push but the balance was £577.0 after yesterdays £9.00 and now its under the £500 mark £497.00 to be exact... I feel good, going to eat beans all week but boy do I feel good!303.00 / 800.00 #15Aspiring to be financially independent.... from my parents!4
