So the Barclaycard I’m trying to clear had a fraudulent payment on it. I’ve reported it and the account has been frozen. Will not be making anymore payments to it until it’s sorted.

Have you thought of popping the money into a savings account, then once the account is up and running again just transfer over the money you would have paid, you will still meet your target and feel good too

  • I was inspired ny Nicnak's diary and used "We Buy Books". You submit the ISBN number and WBB will give an offer price. I think it's £5 minimum but I was pleasantly surprised by what did sell and equally surprised by what I thought would sell but I didn't get any offer. Sending off the books was easy and the money was in my account within 5 days of posting the books off.
Thank you, I'll give this a go.

Got paid today, so made a start on Februarys debt pay off (these payments will be on the Feb tab on my spreadsheet). £633 (which includes my council tax free month money, means I'm at £955.15 / £1793.04. I'm doing better at this than I thought!! :D

    And another £20 clears very! £64.53 / £1002.45 = 6% cleared

Next target is the Next account - currently at £88.00.

    Payday yesterday so £40 sent across = £104.53 / £1002.45 = 10% gone!

    No 6. £250/£525.24 47.59%

I decided to do the round 100 as it's easier for the maths. Oh and as I'm stuck in hospital I can't spend anyway. Now where do I find the £300.

I need to work out how many days left and what I need for each day. One thing I'm stopping is getting involved with Ju$t eat. I've spent over £50 in a few weeks. Scandalous waste of money and I don't enjoy them anyway.
