Trying to sign up to now internet via TCB. When i click through, the now website opens up as normal but when it asks me for my postcode and i enter it, it keeps coming up with an error saying to call now on xxx. I tried it even without going via tcb and it said the same message.

Called them and operator said they checked my postcode and no problems so should be working (blamed it on tcb-i only tried their website direct after the call) but said someone earlier was trying to do it as well via tcb and had same problems.

They said if they processed it it wouldn't be with cashback

ON the T and Cs it says that some transactions may need to be completed over the phone and to submit a missing cashback claim. Not sure how likely it would get honoured though.

Anyone else had the same? I was contemplating it a week ago and it worked fine then, should have signed up at that point.

Any advice as to what to do? Thanks.

Clear cookies and history try another browser.
  • Tried clearing cookies etc on chrome. No joy.

    Tried IE, no joy.

    Tried chrome again, no joy.

Can anyone else get past the enter the postcode page (as it keeps saying whoops, try again etc?

    TIA

Try Firefox then (don't bother with IE for anything).

Use Quidco, which is paying out higher for NowTV at the moment.
