In a word yes although bank charges reclaim is on hold atm until the test case is heard. But nothing stopping you going after CC Co's. Be prepared for them to refer to the test case, you need to retort that it doesnt apply to CC only bank charges.The last payment towards to overdraft was in Janurary this year...
Here's a question...I don't know if it has been asked before but Can I claim back all the bank and credit card charges even though I have been made Bankrupt
