Parking Eye Payment Machines

I have an issue with the use of the Parking Eye payment machine. I feel it is completely not user friendly. I have made payment using cashless, the beep suggested payment made and no details on screen to state whether the payment was valid, i.e. revert back to main page. I requested a printout as proof of payment but not checked it as assumed payment made.
I feel that private parking should have a licence to operate, which they probably has, also is the payment machine being monitored to ensure its function and compliance to a code of practice (if there is one as I cannot see one), I am sure there is an European procedure which Parking Eye has to follow making sure it is fully functional and user friendly.

We have a problem with ParkingEye and all parking firms, not just their machines. This is what this forum is all about.
So, do you have a PCN and have you appealed yet?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
