As for my identity, can you explain? I have not mentioned myself at any point. If anyone is mentioned then it must be the person that created this template?

Extensive use of the word 'I' in your opening post tells the world who the driver is.

It will now be very difficult for you to hide behind the protections offered to a keeper by the POFA2012.

Edit you opening post to talk about the driver.

Edit any other posts similarly.

The parking companies are known to trawl this forum just waiting for people to trip themselves up and can try and use your posts against you.

The Driver did not breach … (post 10) That one will kill your PoPLA appeal stone dead if you send it like it is at the moment.

Double check all your other posts, including the one you posted on the wrong thread.

Make all edits, including the correct name of the PCN, before you submit it. We don't want you coming back with, well nobody said there was anything wrong with it. If you want us to comment then you need to show us what you are going to send, not something you intend to alter afterwards.

You should have done the edits on the template before posting it , nobody is going to review a copy and paste we have seen dozens of times before , so I suggest you ensure its edited to suit your own case

Read post # 10 again and, in particular the paragraph starting "You have issued an invoice....." and then see if you can work out who did not breach the proscribed free allowance of time!
