Lebra Nightmare

I have a Lebra sim for use in my ALARM not phone,It has credit on it but the alarm cant receive texts or make phone calls to warn us, all it states is phone switched off....Iv tried logging onto my account at Lebra to no availe it just states sending text to verify and to input a number which is great except its not a phone its an alarm. Any ideas how to contact them iv rung the number they give it just rings and rings.08431163344.Anyone use this company and has any other contact details please.

Have you topped it up in the last 70 dayas as they say in their terms.


If you expect a free sim to not expire sorry but that was around 20 years ago and they changed the terms and expired all the old ones.


There may also be a requirement to make a call/text within a certain period. YOu can take the sim out and do this if you want to keep it cheap.


I would expect it is dead, the credit is gone, research and find the best current offer.

If that occured then as I say start again and find a way to keep to the terms (or get the lowest monthy contract you can if that is too hard).
