Thank you Nos, but I am puzzled as to why OP did not google it.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Because it wasn't the OP, it was I Le_Kirk - I've waited years to say that! Never having heard nor seen the word before I took it as a typo.2

It is/was used fairly frequently in the FCOYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Ditto - after the following:-I did Google it (me the OP) - and found definition from dictionary.com:-otiose [ oh-shee-ohs, oh-tee- ]adjective1 being at leisure; idle; indolent.2 ineffective or futile.3 superfluous or useless. That is OK though - I have been insulted by more respected and important people - water off a duck's back.Besides, after the postman delivered the conclusion to a thread/discussion of mine, I am feeling contented and will continue my thread update in due course. (Where, unless anyone knows differently, or objects, I will be claiming a UK - if not a World - first (LOL!)).@Cow_bag - apologies for hijacking your discussion.3

You need to put these into evidence with an exhibit number:the Doncaster-Sheffield airport byelaws
and5. As an evidence I attached a copy of receipt of repair service and description of problems it caused on the day.
andIn case “Jopson vs. Homeguard Services Ltd” (9GF0A9E)
andIn case “Ransomes vs Anderson”,Are you also putting in the usual Supplementary WS aboout the abuse fo process of filign £160 claim when the maximum PCN on private land is capped at £100 due to the ATA CoP ceiling, plus the POFA, the Beavis case and the CRA 2015?
Add something about the CRA 2015 fairness test and use this phrase: a contractual term cannot deprive a consumer of an advantage that they would otherwise enjoy under law, in the absence of the term.
Do I need full transcripts or snip its?
ATA CoP, POFA, Beavis, CRA 2015 - shall i add this to my Exhibits or just mention it regarding abuse of process?
