How can I get play working? I've tried Chrome and Firefox.

Are you enabling Flash on the page?  In Chrome, right-click on the padlock to the left of the location bar, and where it says "Flash" change it from "Block (default)" to "Allow".  This permission will last for one session only - there is no way to make it permanent.

Works with Edge for me, still have to enable flash every time as with Chrome

Play doesn't work in Chrome, Firefox or Edge. I can load the games but then I get an 'unexpected error' at the end. It means I can't complete Swago.

Have you tried deleting swagbucks cookies? You might have to do it between each game.

Can anyone tell me what the "first and second daily goals" are on the Swagboard please.  I have ticks against all the "to do list" on the home page ie. 8/8.

At the  top of your home page, to the right of the search bar is DAILY GOAL. Earn 115sb & Get 8 (this is mine today,but some people will have  lower first goal hover over it & you should see how many earned today, then  when  you reach that there is a 2nd daily goal for a  higher bonus.

The To Do List is not the Daily Goal. 
 The Daily Goals are the Goal 1 and Total Goal which are the number of SBs you are supposed to achieve in order to gain the associated extra SBs and get winning streaks of daily achievement of these.  Appears along the top of the screen.
