Just got my first Userzoom survey but it says you have to install UserZoom survey extension to continue, is this normal and safe?  On laptop google chrome

I installed it some time ago, and it has caused no problems.  You could, if you wished, disable it after completing the survey, until the next one that needs it comes along.
