No idea whether they'll work, but while you're waiting to hear from them you could try clearing your cache, deleting Hideout cookies and flushing your DNS. All easy things to do, and here's an article about the latter:

I've just noticed that my Upload Magic Receipt has been ticked off.  I never get involved in Magic Receipts because it is so pointless;  but I did upload a couple of regular receipts (via the usual routes - Answer app or Gold Surveys page) this morning, and am wondering whether those ticked it off.

This morning I have just uploaded an ordinary Waitrose receipt (i.e. nothing to do with Magic Receipts) and it has ticked off the Magic Receipt option on the ToDo list.
