I did it on ysense and it's pending mine took 12 days to get to level 25. It's doable but you need to go into the game several times a day really to use up the energy, feed and breed animals. I concentrated on the boat orders and board orders trying to sell as much as I could to unlock more animals etc. 
I'm a member on a private fb gpt earning site that has lots of tips for online earning and covers several sites, have found out quite a few things from them, several people's there went into pending at level 25 and paid out as well. 

Thank you I’m on day 6 and level 22 but yeah you have to pop in and out throughout the day like you say.  I’m hoping it is only till level 25 as it is still advertised as level 30

Keep going, your doing well. Don't forget to level up your exotic animals or sell ones you have duplicates of and use the energy there either gathering other fruits or gems etc.
On the gpt site I'm on a few there have been paid at level 25 and others are still pending, mine is pending too.

I hope it's back up soon. I'm trying to finish level 24 and hoping it'll credit at 25 instead of 30. I'm on day 8.  As I've got to 20s levels I've ignored the boat if I have plenty of coins.  While it does provide coins when they're needed and is a good way of getting rid of excess "stock" if it's accumulated, it doesn't provide animals, which is all that matters for levelling up.   By the time you have sufficient exotic animals to compete in all their searches for mangos etc, I'm not sure the extra animals and elixir is worth the hassle.  I tend to sell the new animals anyway unless they have a higher power score.  

Did it pay out at 25?  I’m 5 away

Yes, mine hit pending as soon as I hit 25

Good news my $20 ysense has paid out today for Farmville 3 at level 25, it took me 12days, it was pending for 2weeks
