Can anyone help please?
My account was deactivated a few weeks ago. I honestly have no idea why. I had lots of points ready to cash in and also lots of Amazon vouchers already in my email account ready to be spent.
I can now access none of them so have lost about £90.
I have emailed them so many times to try and resolve it but keep getting automated replies and no real reply from a real person.
Does anyone else have a similar experience or any idea of a different form of contacting them?

Hi all - I went to redeem this morning and keep getting a banner saying account verification needed, all that happens is they send an email, I click and am returned to the home pageQuite a few comments like this on the page where you go to redeem, I have submitted a ticket but wondered if anyone knows why this happens.. the help page for account verification talks about sending a pin to your mobile but they have never asked me to do this or even asked for a mobile number.Thanks if you can help!There do seem to be a lot of people having problems of one sort or another with the site.. getting locked out etc like the poster above.. not the best site.0

I have to say fairyprincess79, this is exactly why you redeem the codes immediately. Once redeemed with Amazon you have an entire decade in which to spend them, so there's absolutely no reason not to redeem them as soon as you can. These voucher websites are notoriously flakey, who knows when they will fold, so always redeem as soon as you can.
The only thing I can think to do is to email them and explain your situation calmly and clearly. If that doesn't work, cut your losses and chalk it up to experience - their T&C's are very agressive and there's really nothing else to be done unfortunately.1 -
THe Swago board goes live at 4pm today & if like last time will have 2 seperate swag code entries to complete a full board.
They have just released a swag code which expires at 4pm,2 -

regarding deactivation of accounts. Quite some time ago I downloaded an offer that had me add an extension to the browser and it turned out it was a VPN which they dont 'allow'. I think I emailed them using an old contact us link and they said i was running a VPN which I pointed out came from their own offers pages.
They reinstated the account .
Fairyprincess dont they still have a facebook page? Could you ask for assistance there?Its me Culpepper LOL couldn't sign in with the old ID so time for a fresh start....0 -

Mine was deactivated for no apparent reason. I sent them a ticket. I never had any contact but then tried again and the account was restored.
I always cash out every £10. The vouchers last for years on Amazon and it's safer having them sitting there than on Swagbucks. If you get back in, I'd redeem the vouchers on Amazon as soon as you can.Here I go again on my own....1 -
Does anyone have the link for the help for missing survey credit at all please? I stupidly deleted the bookmark as I'd put it in the wrong file, and the help page is just saying check my activity ledger. I've got a survey that was meant to pay in 2 weeks, and hasn't but as they don't seem to list the survey numbers (just a combination of letters) on the activity ledger, I can't work out which survey it is to reply about.
