I tried that which made no difference but then cleared all my history and began again and all is back to normal.

If "Continue nGaging" doesn't do anything maybe retry the link 5 minutes later, and they might be around more in the first half of the day.

Apparently a new round of Swago is due to start on Monday and there's a pre-registration link from the home page.  Click on that and it tells you "this Swago has ended" but they'll let you know when the next one is scheduled!

Hi again.. I'm still plodding on with bits & bobs towards my mse bonus (hopefully) I wondered if someone can help me with a quick question -

I made a first-purchase with swagbucks shopping which has tracked & pending, this should get me a 1500sb bonus; assuming that counts towards the 1300 points needed for mse bonus, how do they work out the qualification timing.. I mean the 1500 shopping bonus is due in 31 days, would that count as 'earning 1,300 points, called SB, on Swagbucks within the first 30 days of membership', or does it have to be actually payable within the 30 days?

I'm sure this is covered in some faq somewhere but I can't seem to find the exact question, sorry.

Also not sure why all shopping pages say £15 bonus but when you click see details & go through to my swagups it says £10.

Hi All,

I am having problems with all peanut surveys, only the same three showing all the time 36sb, 5sb and 12sb. The last two saying (sorry, we’re having trouble contacting this partner website). Has anyone done any peanut surveys recently? Also how do you contact peanut surveys support?

Hi Hammer_Time, I haven't done any lately but have just checked the page for you & mine is showing plenty of surveys. Sorry that doesn't help you except to tell you what someone else can see.

There's a support link on the Peanut Labs site itself, but I'm confused with Peanut Labs in general.. I presume by going through swagbucks it's different to being a member of Peanut Labs itself? Even when my swagbucks/peanut labs surveys are credited on the 'transactions' list the points don't transfer over to SB total.

I haven't had any decent Peanuts surveys for a long time now.  The Lucid surveys, which used to predominate on Peanuts as first 36 and then 29 SB for 10 minutes, moved over to Gold some time ago.  I've tried a few of the Peanuts ones in the hope of moving them on and being shown something better, but without any luck.

I don't know how to contact Peanut Labs except in connection with a specific survey.  To do that (which would certainly be the route if you had earned points but not been credited with the SB) you click on Transactions to see the survey list, then click through from a particular survey to raise a ticket.
