They used to run these about once a month but they stopped running them regularly some while ago

I couldn't really work out what I had to do, you play a flash game (so enable flash in your browser) and there is a link to sign up with email - I never got an email but it paid after about 15 minutes

Does not seem to be the case -
Just (3.18 pm) tried the code notified at 2 pm for submission by 3 pm but got the "code expired" message.  (I'm level 6, Topaz, if that makes a difference.)
Just checked - the level does make a difference - Need level 7, sapphire for the extra time.

I had already used it on the first one so knew if you were eligible for the reward on normal swagcodes it worked for the "Extravanganza" ones as well

I don't think you have to do anything - if you look in the drop-down on the top right under your username on desktop, you should see the option of Swagstakes Entries and you'll see your entries in there.

On the offchance that you win (bear in mind every person in the world who does the Swago Board will have 'won' at least I entry into this) then you could throw a party to which we are all invited? :-)
