Hi, Some of my phone apps are not working, they keep saying there are no videos available right now?  I have contacted support but just got a reply stating it could take up to 30 days to investigate.  Thanks

It's a weird one, this.  I've got several old SIM-less phones which I use for these apps;  an app may give that "no videos available" error message on one phone, but run perfectly happily on another.  All the apps get updated whenever I am offered an update, so I cannot figure out why the difference.

Thanks MollyR, after what you said above I decided to uninstall then reinstall and that seems to have fixed at least one of them, I'll try the rest later.

gold survey 19170489 states 50 SB for 10 mins - only took about 2

So I did a tickbox survey this morning, supposedly for 11sb and a few minutes, but it kept restarting, as has happened to me before, so I reckon in the end I'd completed 5 tickbox surveys from one start and it took 25 minutes. It paid the 11sb. I kept on with it 'cause I had wanted the 11sb and the daily bonus.
I put a ticket in using the new was there a problem pop-up and they just paid me what I asked for, which was a further 44sb. Don't know wether that's enough, but I've gone through this before and asked much too little, which also got paid.

Today's bonuses are 2SB and 5SB. Swago is live and seems to be working correctly, though the prizes on the wheel aren't great.
