It's so annoying. When I did manage to do the surveys half of them DQ'd me after I'd completed it and trying to get the points is pretty much impossible. I always put a ticket in but never expect anything backlittlesheepy said:

I also got banned from gold surveys this week, and i am sure I have done anything incorrect...1

It must be christmas, they've re-activated my gold surveys.1

I see the annual gold survey cull kicked in this week for others too - makes me a feel a little less bad about it happening to me.
I do believe this is just part of their regular skimming operation. I know for a fact other than a birthday last year I haven't changed any information when entering it in surveys, so their copy-paste explanation for the ban is bunk.3 -

i am using my laptop i have tried it on chroame and firefox to see if it was the browser
Guess i will have to contact support its annoying as its currently 2x swagbucks0 -
I don't use it but tried in chrome (on desktop) and got the same as you but while I was dragging the page down to look at the bottom of it the page became a clickable one (I checked one to make sure they actually click through to an offer)bartbear1 said:i am using my laptop i have tried it on chroame and firefox to see if it was the browser

Happened to me at the end of november,At first I wasn't really bothered as I was bored of doing Surveys but I then realised it's put a big dent in my SB earning as I can't earn any daily bonuses from the to do list, Can't complete shop swago because you can't upload receipts anymore and I will be lucky do get a column or row on the Swago due to at least five squares involving gold surveys...
