I have written to them again regarding them denying me points for the survey I completed. Amongst other things I have mentioned..
I find your response disappointing. I do not understand you when you refer to discount codes and eligible purchases which do not seem relevant here. And, once again, I did not use third party software.
I will await a response. If one is not forthcoming, I will submit a fresh ticket, making points helpfully suggested by members.0 -
Did you raise your ticket by e-mail, or by the form on the Swagbucks web site, https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/categories/200435414-Answer-Surveys? It sounds as though the fault may lie with their autoresponder, which is not recognising the correct type of ticket.

Actually I don't think that would matter although the activity ledger means with shop activities some of the details are auto-completed on the contact form going that way for surveys just seems to lead to the main contact form anywaywhattochoose said:

I'm sorry if I sound obtuse, but I don't understand the point you're making.mjm3346 said:

If it was shop transaction then going to the contact form via the help icon on the activity page produces a contact form that relates to the transaction being questioned - doesn't seem to matter for surveys as it just links to the normal contact form (at one stage they did advise using the activity log to query transactions but that may well have changed)whattochoose said:
