  • Have the video links stopped working? I've only been able to get the 2nd lot of 7 (on the links) to play.

    Have the video links stopped working? I've only been able to get the 2nd lot of 7 (on the links) to play.
    I have only had the first set of 7 play before 10am this morning,nothing   available since then on any others or in different browsers.

    My 2nd lot of 7s run smoothly with just refreshing the page. All the others I have to do one at a time during the day leaving a gap between trying. I’ve not managed to get ncrave to work for as long as I can remember even though others could.
  • Occasionally, I have to submit a "help" ticket because I've not been credited for a survey completed. Generally SB are happy to reimburse me the missing credit. However, this was their reply before......

To ensure future successful completion we encourage you to please follow the terms and conditions in applying discount codes, eligible purchases and by not using third party software that may block our ability to track an order and among others.
    I haven't a clue what they mean when they refer to discount codes, eligible purchases or third party software in the context of me using my laptop to try and complete SB surveys. It's never been an issue before.
    In this case I was told by the survey provider I had successfully completed the survey. However, no points were added to my account, and I submitted a request for help, quoting the survey number and other details, and above is their response.
    I have written back requesting clarification, although am not hopeful of a positive outcome.

    Did you send them a screenshot?  That always helps.  I start taking them as I get towards the end of any SB survey, so that even if it doesn't give an actual completion page I can still demonstrate I reached the last page.

    No, but perhaps it's something to consider in future. 
  • The same happened to me a few days ago; was completing a user zoom one on Scottish football( 20 mins for 50SB).Got to the end and it said survey now closed! Like whattochoose I put a ticket in and got the same reply back, have again questioned this by replying to the ticket; but I sadly did not do a screenshot since I have never had an issue with the user zoom surveys. Will await their further reply......

    The reply to your ticket looks like they think you are asking about a shop activity.Reply again & tell them what the survey was about such as  rating a  specific brand of food,drinks, toiletries or electronic products, or Brand of insurance/banks.

    Certainly seems like they are treating it as a shop query - did it bring up the correct form when you clicked through from your  activity log  (the shop one below looks quite different to the survey one)
