I have problems with FF tracking, but that's probably because I have Ghostery, Adblock Plus etc. I tend to use Chrome or Edge and have better results with those.

I'm pretty sure I entered the Team Challenge, but didn't get any swagup... Is there any way of finding out for sure?

Did you check while the challenge was running how your team and you were doing as well as earning the team shopping points while you were there? If you haven't been checking you won't know if you earned the 200 points needed to qualify for a swagup.

It's always worth checking while a challenge is on going, apart from anything else the visit shop part is an easy 50 points for 2 mins combine that with 5 survey DQs via theoremreach, 5 swagcodes and 1 complete survey and you have passed the 200 points  -  (every survey or DQ via theromreach counts as a discover offer and is worth 20 points each, I usually do enough of those to combine with the shop rewards to get the 200 points then just carry on as normal)
