I upload receipts via the Answer bit from a browser and not the app - they work just the same including ticking off Swago squares.

Mine appeared, and I used it.  Have you looked under Applied on the Swagups page?  If you have cashed in, it would have been applied automatically, even if you hadn't realised it was there - it's not the type that needs to be activated.

Another option, of course, is that you did not achieve the threshhold of 600 points necessary to be awarded a Swagup.

I used mine on Monday .Hubby's is  still in  his  account under swag ups (50). Expires on 4th October.
There was some confusion among  members in the comments section of the team page as  apparently the blog had said at least 200SB were required while the  challenge page said 600SB.

How did you get on with my suggestion to print out the online receipt and then photograph it through the app?
