Good morning everyone. How do you submit a ticket in the Help Center please? I'm in the Help Center but can't see a link anywhere to start a new ticket. Thanks in advance.

I think I usually have to select a topic and they put up a list of answers but at the bottom there should be a 'still need help' button which takes you to a page to filling to contact them.

1. Select the subject of your ticket - usually it's Answer Surveys.
2. Click on "Need Help? Submit a ticket here!"
3. Fill out the form.  As you get towards the end of it, a new question pops up higher up, asking for Survey Provider.  If your survey was Gold or Home Page, select Desktop Surveys.  (If you doing this on a mobile, it probably offers Mobile Surveys - but I have only ever done it via desktop.)
4. Attach a screenshot file.
5. Submit the form.
6. You will be shown a page of possible solutions - scroll down to "I still need help" or similar (I don't remember exactly) and click that.
7. You will get two e-mails acknowledging your ticket.  It used to be mandatory to reply to one of them before the autoresponse is passed to a human to deal with;  I normally still do, just in case!
8. And always be nice and polite.  The people who deal with the tickets are not the people who make a fortune out of Swagbucks;  they are ordinary people doing a job.  Don't get angry with them!
