Re the Swago: the blog post at https://blog.uk.swagbucks.com/2020/09/september-shop-swago.html says:
"We’ve added a new square to this month’s Shop Swago Board! Upload A Receipt through the Answer App: You must earn SB from uploading a receipt on the SB Answer App in order to complete this square. Read more about how to upload receipts in the Answer App in this blog post. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask."
Well, my Answer App doesn't have the option to upload receipts, although it is the latest version. I shall just have to try doing it through the Swagbucks app's Gold Surveys page, as somebody (sorry, don't remember who) suggested a while ago.

Just checked my Answer app and I don't have the option either. But whilst looking, I saw a survey, thought I would have a go and I was disqualified and then the option to upload a receipt came up. Strange. Anyway hopefully we can do it through the usual app.MollyR said:Re the Swago: the blog post at https://blog.uk.swagbucks.com/2020/09/september-shop-swago.html says:"We’ve added a new square to this month’s Shop Swago Board! Apparently one can upload receipts no more than five days old - so for people who don't collect them that often (I only have qualifying ones twice a week) anything you have at the moment can be saved up until the Swago starts, in case it takes more than one go to have it accepted. Oh, and remember the file must be a .jpg, not a .gif.

On the desktop survey page it states "Earn by snapping a photo of your shopping receipt within 14 days of purchase. (Duplicate receipts not accepted)" - but being swagbucks this may be wrong and also may not apply to the answer app. (I haven't submitted a receipt for a while but receipts had to be the right way up last time I did)MollyR said:Apparently one can upload receipts no more than five days old - so for people who don't collect them that often (I only have qualifying ones twice a week) anything you have at the moment can be saved up until the Swago starts, in case it takes more than one go to have it accepted. Swagbucks are hopeless at getting things right. In the blog post they refer to in the quote I gave, they say: "Don’t wait too long to submit your receipt. Receipts which are older than 5 days won’t be accepted". So whether it's five days or fourteen, I bet one way or the other they'll mess things up!

That is so true - the reward for a full board is now meant to be 100 - still only shows 50 on the signup page - the next step to keep inline with the USA will be to introduce gift cards/vouchers you purchase with cash and have a swago square that requires that as well (they do get paid more for swago but I would rather do without the extra and not need to purchase a card or even upload a receipt as I rarely shop in store)MollyR said:Swagbucks are hopeless at getting things right. OK, I went shopping at Waitrose during Old Folks' Hour this morning, and insteadd of my usual habit of scanning the receipt and uploading through the web site, I photographed it with my mobile. There was no upload link showing in the Answer App, but I went through the main Swagbucks app and following the link there, and it was accepted in the Swago board (which I have now completed - that must be a world record foro me!).

Don't have a phone capable of installing the app, thankfully this SWAGO is only worth 50SB total. Pretty crappy of them to gatekeep it like this though.

Have you tried uploading through the desktop web site, just in case it works?

Looks like a faulty implementation to Android phones. On mine the option to scan flashes up but disappears. It does not seem to be present in IOS at all. As someone else said, it's a typical SB messup. Not convinced they test anything thoroughly.
