I guess it's being hidden by CSS (rather like the Peanut Labs link from Gold Surveys) from those whose profiles don't fit it. Incompetent web design; they should make it hidden by default, then reveal it to those they want, rather than the other way around.

For those who are struggling to access Peanut Labs surveys because of the agree and continue button not working, I found that I had this problem in Chrome, but not when using Firefox. Incidentally, the PL surveys in Firefox also seemed to offer higher SB than I usually see in Chrome.2
