Not working in Chrome for me but they are working in my Avast browser. I also seem to have my survey DQ limit reduced to 3SB!1

I'm unable to complete my Shop Swago because I completed a Shaw Academy Discovery offer and it won't let me complete that square. I get a message "You have already completed this offer!" when I click on that square from Swago. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Can't login at the moment - login and 'forgotten password' both do nothing at all. Seems to be a site-wide problem according to reddit. Possibly connected with things not working this morning like games etc? Maybe they're fixing things (or making it worse, you know how SB are!)
EDIT - back to normal. Seemed to only be down about half an hour. If you were logged in any way there was no difference.0 -
If you take a screenshot of the Swago board showing thatmessage, and maybe also a screenshot of whatever documentation you have of the offer you completed, and raise a ticket, you should get credited. they are gold surveys, once you have clicked on a survey link "userzoom" will be part of the site address (sometimes there is a question or 2 before it gets there but usually it shows immediately)hickles69 said:Silly question but where would I find the userzoom surveys? Thank you3 -
But not everybody gets them. It is months since I had one, but some people report having them quite regularly. It's all the luck of the draw!
