Doesn't seem to be working for me but thanks anyway.
I don't have a smartphone but do everything on my laptop. Wonder if that could be relevant?

Oh, that's weird. I'm on laptop too - if you go to the watch homepage where you get the "Start exploring" and "Get Started" screen - on the left menu panel I have links for Watch Home, nCrave, then Sponsored Videos listed first... I'm on Chrome but not sure if that should make a difference

No, I don't have that really. Yes, when I click on to the watch page I get the "start exploring" and "get started" cues. Sometimes when I press on "get started" I get on another page which keeps counting down (sometimes with videos, sometimes not) and eventually I'm rewarded with 1 SB. However, at the moment when I press "get started" I get...

Desktop with chrome I got 10 and 14 when the team challenge was ending but I don't normally bother with it
