I think it doesn't like certain email hosts because both times I tried again with a more 'mainstream' email host and it credited.

I used my gmail but it didn’t work

Using Gmail worked for me.

it worked for me on aol email, didn't work for hubby on his aol email so today he tried the one on adgate with his gmail and that still didn't work
