Hey, im new to swagbucks and maybe im easily disheartened but it seems a very slow but high effort process for such a small return, perhaps im missing something and some of you veterans could teach me how to get the most out of it?

You have probably joined at the worst time. Covid has killed off a lot of the income streams for Swagbucks so they don't have so many offers or surveys to offer us. The surveys are usually the highest points earners for members other than taking offers but research budgets have disappeared as non essential business in a lot of companies. Things have been getting tighter before Covid but there is definitely even less about than there used to be.
Have a look at page one of this forum for a list of daily ways to earn but don't expect to earn a fortune without a lot of work until things stop being the "new normal"

Normally 32 days - have a check under shop activity in your account and it should say

    Swago - Gillette?
Is anybody else having a problem with this square; I am getting an "already completed this offer" message?

I was hopeful and installed Firefox - I have exactly the same issue, I think the problem is that I have subscribed with Gillette previously.

That shouldn't make a difference, are you clearing cookies regularly? I clear cookies and cache several times a day when using SB.

"Yes", I cleared everything today to be sure and still face the same problem - screenshot below.

Raise a ticket, with the screenshot.  Tell them it's unfair you should be penalised just because you have already completed an offer through them!
