Theres a gold survey that keeps repeatedly doing the same thing for days now. I finish the survey and expect to get the SB only to see that I`ve been awarded 1sb and a you wasn`t successful this time message so be careful. It`s normally a 5 minute one I believe.
It`s normally a survey asking you about what brands you know and how you rate them.

Oh and you have to be mega quick as the last card which says you`ve completed the survey goes within seconds.

Is this the one asking about fast food chains?  I've had the same problem with it - it says I have failed an attention check, but since I've had the same survey about three times, and so now read every page carefully, I know I haven't failed any such test.  And you're right, it finishes too quickly to get a screenshot showing one had completed it. Very annoying!

One of the occassions it was about fast food brands, It varies day to day today it was about pasta brands.
It also has 2 questions about coronavirus on the end as well.
The attention check just reminded me of another survey that I just tried to complete. Think it`s normally on Revenue but they ask you which of these items is not apart of this brand. Today`s it was `Linux` and it had 4 weird anwsers one of them windows and the rest I can`t remember. No idea how I`m meant to pass it when I`ve never heard of the product/brand/thing/whatever it is and they don`t supply you with a description.

Linux is a Unix-style operating system, so although I think it can run Windows software through a programme called Wine, it certainly doesn't run Windows - so if you get that question again, whatever the other answer options are, Windows must be the one which is not "a part of " Linux.

Has anyone put a ticket in for missing SB recently, if so, how long did it take to resolve?

The reason I am asking is that I put 2 tickets in on Monday, both for 75 SB and the email said to allow 3 business days for the team to reply.  As I had no response I clicked on the link in the email and it took me a page where you can see your requests.  At the top of that page it says allow 14 business days for a resolution to my ticket.

Every time you put a ticket in, reply to the automated email response (or the response on the request page) explaining again that you completed the survey in full etc. I find customer service very quick but this second response from you is needed before they take action. It's not too late to follow up your first tickets.

They are always this way  - they have to wait to get paid their commission before they pay us. The best way to get to the total is surveys - you get loads when you are new. You only need 44 points a day a day which should be easy to hit. I managed 1000 in 6 days without any offers on my new secondary account (don't ask!)

The time it takes is fairly standard whether there is a sign up "offer" or not.

Thanks, I didn't realise I needed to respond to their email.   I have just responded asking for an update.  Fingers crossed.
Thanks to all those that post.
