After doing those ncraves from the pop-up, I clicked the one that's in the inbox and it came up with an error as if I'd already done it, but tried an hour later and it worked for 1 SB. Just worked again another hour later as well.

Using a desktop and Firefox, it also stopped if I went back to the countdown tab, but when opening up any other tab I could carry on surfing as normal.
Obviously I chose not to and immediately went back to looking at the Watch page ;)

  • I signed up using the link on the weekly email a couple of weeks ago it promised a bonus of 2600 points if we made the £10 qualifying amount. I did and have only been credited with 1300 points.
Has anyone else had this problem/

If you look back through the last few pages, you will find that many people have reported this here;  raise a ticket with Customer Support and you will be credited with the missing 1300SB.

Has anyone put a ticket in for missing SB recently, if so, how long did it take to resolve?

The reason I am asking is that I put 2 tickets in on Monday, both for 75 SB and the email said to allow 3 business days for the team to reply.  As I had no response I clicked on the link in the email and it took me a page where you can see your requests.  At the top of that page it says allow 14 business days for a resolution to my ticket.

Thanks to all those that post.
