I managed first attempt with an Aldi receipt, but cannot get it to accept sainsbury's ones. I'm doing it directing on my iphone through the app. Anyone with any tips?

I joined Swagbucks back at the end of  April using the MSE link which means I qualify for a £20 bonus when I earn 1300SB in 30 days. I achieved this early yesterday morning but nothing has happened, nor has it been added since. Is there anything I need to do to claim it please? Apologies if this has already been asked ☺️

I don't know the wording of the offer  but possible it won't be added till after 30 days.a lot of their offers & the shopping offers work like that.

The offer's here: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/swagbucks about halfway down the page, now in "Latest Expired Deals". Under "How do I get my free £20 bonus?" it says:

"Once you've earned 1,300 SB, and as long as you did it within 30 days of signing up, an additional 2,600 SB (equivalent to £20) will be transferred to the 'My Swagbucks cards' section of your account within 10 days."

There isn't a "My Swagbucks cards" section now, so not sure whether it's just added to your account balance or will show on the Swag Ups page, which you can find from the top right corner.

Are these surveys on the ‘Gold surveys’ bit please? I’ve never seen a survey number on mine that starts with 2.. mine pretty much always start 18... 17...

I think the starting digit of Gold surveys might refer to a demographic group based on profile info. I'm guessing age. Mine always start with 5, my mum's always start with 8.  I imagine there is a cross over of surveys to different age groups depending on who they want to target but surveys might have a different reference number depending on your info.

My bonus took a couple of days to arrive. I didn't have to do anything, just keep checking.
